Two years ago I recall seeing an excellent "white paper" on the topic of
public rest rooms, somewhere on the DLV site.

A local T-girl friend recently had a "delicate" situation experience.
She asked me for advice. I have done so. But it occurred to me that the
information I read here would be valuable for her to read too.

Does the DLV paper on public rest romos still exist? How can I access it?
