What is the "Charles Bar" activity?

The Sunday, April 9th e-mail shows this as an activity for Friday, April
21st at 2:00 A.M..

I haven't seen, and perhaps I've missed, what this activity is all
about; does anyone know?

Also, is it REALLY at 2:00 A.M.; I need to carefully budget for my
"beauty sleep" like most of us "girls" don't ya know!

Uh-huh, it sure does.

It's an annual institution at DLV. It's a casino bar at one of the
highest of the upscale places. "Charles Bar" refers to a popular
bartender there, who may or may not actually be present at this time.

More details, direction, and a map of the casino floorplan will be
contained in the Large Final Mailing.
