Sahara room rates

Looking forward to seeing you all this year !

Here's the "online rates" as of this date for the Sahara :

Weekday 4/22-4/22= $39.00 Friday and Sat $69.00

This was alot cheaper than last year as the rates were more like $69
during the week and $119 for Friday and Sat.

This ($39/69) is right about what I and several of the others paid last
year at the Sahara. IIRC, those rates started to creep upward in February,
breaking the $100 mark for the weekend sometime in March.

I do remember that for a while the Sahara was showing sold out for parts
of April, but some rooms became available (not cheap) right before DLV.

They have not started to creep up this year ... YET!

Bottom line, book early, book often. :)

I just checked into the Sahara web site. When I booked my room a few
weeks ago, the weekday rate was $49.95. The weekday rate is now listed
as $42.95. I called the reservations desk and had mine changed to the
lower rate. If you booked awhile ago, you may want to double-check your
room rate.
