just wondering if there is a schedule of the events that will take place this year?

We'll start sending out the working schedules within the next few weeks. As of now there are still many unknowns and blank timeslots.

As of this time the major items that are solid include the Welcome Celebration on Monday evening and Golf on Tuesday morning.

We're leaning toward Friday for the second major gathering but that's not 100% certain. Likewise, we're leaning toward Tuesday for a multi-track dining and activity night.

We'll get the preliminary schedules published as soon as we really have something to publish.
