Activity Highlight - Final evening Dinner and Farewell Celebration ...

This Activity Highlight covers the activities on our final evening for
DLV 2015, Friday, March 27.

All of these will be held at Trevi Italian Restaurant, in the Caesars
Forum complex. Trevi is a venue that we've been using regularly for over
a decade. It's classy, elegant, and affordable.

No, this is NOT the restaurant we used last year, and NO, there will not
be a comedian this year! :)

The evening will begin with Happy Hour at 6:00pm.

Don't be "fashionably late" as there will be some valuable door prize
give-aways throughout the evening. These will not be trivial trinkets or
promotional items, but something you will want and you will enjoy using!

After Happy Hour we'll be seated for dinner starting around 7:00pm.

The area we will be using is open and overlooks the Fountain Of The Gods
at Caesars. It's a great place to people-watch plus it is consistently
been reported as very comfortable for those who may be a bit shy of
mainstream public exposure.

If you have never eaten at Trevi, here is what you can expect. It's a
varied menu of traditional and contemporary Italian cuisine. It's a
regular appetizer/salad/entree/dessert type of ordering, as you would
expect, not like what some were surprised with last year. Trevi has been
consistently rated over 4.5 (that's very good) for enjoyment and for
comfort on our yearly surveys as long as we've been dining there.

After dinner we'll have more socializing as the evening's festivities
wind down.

In addition, we're planning to do a second "Official Group Photo" by the
Fountain Of The Gods later in the evening around 9:00pm or so.

Then at 10-ish we'll adjourn to Paris for our final Dancing At Paris for
the 2015 season.

This will be located just across the street (use the elevated walkway)
from the Flamingo and an easy walk from Paris. It's a reasonable drive
or taxi ride from the Four Queens and other downtown hotels. For those
driving, there's convenient (and non-judgemental) valet parking right in
the Caesars Forum complex. A detailed map to the parking and restaurant
will be included in the Final Attendee Information.

You can sign up for the dinner on the activity sign-up screen. Please
note that you don't need to sign up if you will be doing only the Happy
Hour and socializing at the Farewell Celebration but not dining with the
group.

Suggested dress: Nice casual to (mainstream) formal, boymode or
girlmode. No costumes, face masks, clubwear, or slutty/fetish please.

Please join me in thanking Laura, Cami, and the other DLV volunteers for
their efforts in making the final evening (as well as the whole week to
come) as great as it will be! :)
