Katie's slant on DLV2014

Hi Girls and boys.
I had a terrific week. My best ever DLV. (I think #9 now)

Thanks to the chief organizers for coordinating it once again and for choosing the right people to run the events and to all the individual organizers too for their total dedication in making 2014 a huge success.
My contribution seems quite small when I look at the big picture but I really enjoy being a part of something this good.

I arrived Monday afternoon 2 hours late due to flight delay.
My week consisted of Katie's Koffee Korner of course for 4 days from Tuesday to Friday. (Thanks Bev for hanging in there on Monday morning)

The Monday pre event opener and the opener to follow at Bahama Breeze, Which I thought was excellent. I renewed some friendships and made some really great new ones too.

The Audrey Tour, which was spectacular from start to finish. **Stories to follow** I am sure!
Right from the Chandelier lounge at The Cosmopolitan to the Ad Lib Limo ride over to the Venetian, which split 8 ways $$ was just right and our visit to the Wax museum too. Then the late night reverse Happy Hour drinks and snacks in The Venetian bar.
Huge Thanks to Bev for sliding in there and recovering an almost lost event. It went great !

The Hustler club was ok but totally not my thing, I Do know however that a lot of the girls did have huge fun there. I left early but it was nothing to do with the company, surroundings or the staff there either. unfortunately bad food the day before got the better of me which forced me to leave early.

Finally at Carmines and what a nice way to say our goodbyes as a group! Thanks Cami. Huge Huggers!

I also did several daytime side trips and used flat shoes for the very first time too. ( I will be doing that again I assure you.*Wink*) The break from even shorter evening styled heels was a blessing and gave me the opportunity to last longer when I did wear heels, Which was every night.
I stayed at Harrah's and the staff were very accommodating and polite. as were all the other casino people I dealt with.
I can't think of a better place to be Katie than in Vegas and D L V makes Vegas oodles more fun to do than it would be anywhere else in the world.
