Dear Annie,

Although I wasn't able to make DLV this year (it would have been my
first), I stayed on the discussion list and have been browsing through
the comments. I'm very sorry I missed it--sounds fun! I would
like to come next year. Do I need to do anything to receive e-mail
updates and etc.?

Also: Can I put my vanity website on the dlv list, even though I haven't
gone yet? (It is www.geocities.com/gloriam_photos.)

Thanks for the info, and congratulations on DLV2003. Sounds like it was
a success!

We'll have all sorts of RIFF RAFF coming!

Gee we may even have another record attendance next year!

In fact you may even get more people from New Zealand or worse...Australia!

Lets be selfish and and keep the fun to ourselves!

I think we should spread the word, it was all a disaster and NO-ONE enjoyed
themselves... Do you think anyone will believe it?

Just a thought emerging from my Post DLV depression! :-)

No, as long as your e-mail stays the same and does not bounce, you will
remain on the lists.

I don't agree. As a Las Vegas resident I agree with Leah. We should know
about the policies of all hotels and be prepared. If the policies are not
appropriate we can then address them.

WOW! What a great DLV'03. Not only did we have a record turnout this year
despite the dropout rate (we broke the 100 mark this year BTW), but it seemed
to me that not only our veterans but our first time DLV attendees had a great
time.

I will follow up with my daily 'blow-by-blow' comments for each day at DLV'03
in a few of days. I usually reserve to do this via my personal website,
however, those of you that have visited my website know that I'm a year
behind in keeping the website current, so this year, I'll follow the model
ya'll have adopted via the DLVDisc group. Keep your eyes peeled for my
personal view of DLV. I can't do it now 'cause I've got like 150 pics+ to
upload to the staging gallery (yea, I'm still on dial-up and not on
broadband, so it takes a while..LOL).

In summary, I'll tell ya'll, that I think this was the best DLV ever. I'm a
3rd year veteran as a DLV attendee and a 2nd year veteran of the DLVOrg
group. I'm so glad ya'll had such a great time. COME BACK NEXT YEAR!!! From
what I've read so far via DLVDisc, there are some activities that worked
really well and others that worked but not as well as had hoped by those
attending (e.g., the Limo Tour). But overall, I think everyone, in their own
way, with few individuals or with the group as a whole, had an AB FAB time :)

We need your feedback, good, bad or neutral. Without your feedback, we can't
plan a bigger and better DLV'04.

I would like to take this opportunity to THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YA'LL
that attended one or multiple DLV'03 activities. Without ya'll, DLV'03 would
not have been as fun as I had. Oh, and to dispell some concerns of the
sisters and saw me running my arse off in the activities I was in charge of,
I want to let ya'll know that I Enjoy doing all this hard work. Seeing ya'll
having such a great time is valadation to me and while I look tired, I'm
smiling ear to ear :)

I also want to take this time to give Annie a HUGE THANK YOU for all your
hard work for the 7th Annual Diva Las Vegas Vacation. You did a great job
Sister and I look forward to working with you next year :) I also want to
thank those sisters that helped me out with various other activities at
DLV'03; specifically, Aiko, Rhianna, Tootsye, Cindy, Leanna and our other
Cindy, Mindy and Diane and Leah. To Cat, thanks for all your behind the
scenes work and advising me when I needed to lean on you a bit pre-DLV'03. I
also wish to express my thanks to the staff at Sasha's, the staff at the Hard
Rock Cafe, John and his FAB group at Glamour Boutique, the staff at Milano's
and the staff at the San Remo.

I enjoyed seeing sisters I've known for some time and those of ya'll that
came back for your 2nd DLV'03. To those of you that were first time DLV'03
attendees, I'm so glad that I got to meet you and I hope we see you next
year.

More verbage to come :)

Oh Michelle,

Bring 'em all from 'down under'. I would luv to meet more NZ and even Aussie
sisters (I was in Australia on holiday for 3 weeks in the early '90's).

Like you said, the more the merrier.

And like you, I'm also going through the post-partum DLV'03
down-in-the-dumps.
