My guess is that it's a Total Rewards casino rate, and a rate better than I qualify for.
I just tried it for Harrah's, in on Sunday, out on Saturday. I got $380 going in cold, not logged in to Total Rewards. If I log in (I am not a big player) I do get a slightly lower rate, but nothing close to $132.
Now, when I extend the stay for a Sunday check-out, it zooms up to just over $500 for the street rate.
The past few years, however, I've been beating the Total Rewards rates (at least those I qualify for) by booking through our corporate Travel department. The corporate rates (which we are allowed to use for personal travel) don't have as much of a differential between weekday and weekend rates as do the street rates or the Total Rewards casino rates. (At some properties, corporate rates often, but not always, can get you out of those pesky "resort fees" which add significantly to the bottom line.)
The same agent got me an unbelievably-low rate last month at the Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago for Pinkfest. It was actually lower than the Hampton Inn where I usually stay!
I really don't know where I'll stay this coming year. Unless something else really great comes along, I'll probably be at one of the CET mid-Strip places.
