Elena,

Designating an event as a SBS Social would not change the event.

This would be announced on the SBS mailing list and all SBS Belle's and
Belle's in Waiting would see the time and place. It might mean a few
more from the Chicago might show up as a result of the announcement.

We would make one or more pictures of the Belle's who attended and take
their names. The Belle attendees and the picture(s) would be reported to
the Society for posting as a SBS social.

In our mailings we would tell everyone how to become a Belle in Waiting
should they so desire. To become a Belle a person must be a Belle in
Waiting and attend one social. The membership is very open and not
exclusive.

Read more about the SBS at www.southernbellesociety.com.

Hi Ginger, would you like to make the open house here a Southern Belle
Event?

We can extend the hours a bit and people that need to get dressed can
here and we can all go to Winbere's in Oak Park. I think I saw
somewhere that was the plan later that evening of the Open House here.
I'd be happy to do that if someone in the Pinkfest would help me a
bit. Please let me know. Hugs and kisses, Janna _www.Jannasplace.com_

Ginger,

Having a Pinkfest event be a SBS Social sounds fine to me. It could be
a good way of promoting one of the nights. I would be happy to adjust
the schedule some if you think it would help make it more attractive to
SBS.

I agree with Annie that Saturday night is best. These socials seem to
be mainly in the evening and I think Ann Sathers would work best.

Ginger, as a Southern Belle, if you think this would work as a SBS
social, go for it!

Elena,

I think Saturday night is our Ann Sathers and Boys Town bar night --
right? Let's have a BYOB happy-hour (they still don't have a liquor
license do they?) at Ann Sathers prior to dinner followed by a night in
Boys Town for our SBS social. What time is dinner and I'll announce the
SBS happy hour to start 1 hour prior to that if it is OK with you. This
will go to the SBS mailing list and also to the Pinkfest list.

On the Pinkfest posting I'll also provide instructions on becoming a
Belle in Waiting to encourage participation.

Please confirm and give me a time for the happy hour to start followed
by dinner.

Thanks and Hugs,

Ginger

Right

Let's have happy hour from 6:30 - 7:30 pm. Then we will have dinner
starting at 7:30. Ann Sathers does not have liquor license so it will
BYOB for liquor.

hugs,
Elena
