1. The people. Will this venu promote new friends, see old friends, socialize. Crowds draw crowds.			Carmine's- Not as broken up, good lighting, can spot friends easily
2. A menu they will enjoy, reasonable priced			Carmine's- only a couple $'s cheaper, but food quality is superior
3. Reasonable priced beverages, prompt drink service			Carmine's-2 bars with plenty of room, good prices
4. Perceived atmosphere			Carmine's-It feels New York ish. Great vibe. Welcoming
5. Options, Wanna eat elsewhere? No problem.			Carmine's- Plenty of other restaurants in the Forum to choose from
6. No barrier to entry			Carmine's- short of the walk into restaurant there are no barriers
