I have 3.2 kWH in the hearse with the engine off, which is why I said
that I could bring my own electricity. Of course, I still don't know
that I can be there, but if a few people have auxiliary power systems,
which are becoming more popular, we could do an outdoor event. Just
make sure that you have your inverters on isolated batteries so that
we're not running around with jumper cables afterward.
I can understand any bar not wanting an amateur band to come in. Your
best shot is daytime hours. A friend and I took our amps and guitars
into a bar once, without asking permission, and started playing. We
stunk on ice. The bartender told us to get the equipment out of there,
and don't ever bring it back in again. :)
