What I might suggest for those who are going to be in town the Saturday
before DLV and want to get together, is to pick a time and place and
just invite anybody who happens to be in the area to drop by. You might,
for example, just say stop by the casino bar at the San Remo at 7:00pm
or something. I used that as an example because it's a smaller place
and will not be as scary to those new to public exposure.
