The only major department store cosmetics department I'm familiar with
is that at JC Penneys at the Boulevard Mall. This is on Maryland Parkway
north of Flamingo. Cosmetics is right inside the west entrance to JCP.
I've had no problems there although I've only gone there for one or two
items on occasion.
One of our Big Sisters took a Little Sister to Boulevard Mall someplace,
could have been JCP, last year and had a good experience.
