Postings do not appear immediately. They need to be approved
and your web posting did come in to the approval queue very
shortly before your e-mail based posting. Since they were
very similar in content, I only approved one.
The reason for the need for the approval step should be
obvious. Web forums do get a certain amount of automated
junk postings, and we've managed to keep this one very
clean over the years. :)
