Is there anything in particular on Thursday or Sunday which

Historically, Thursday and Sunday have been our slower days,
but last year we had a great crowd at Chicago Chop House on
Thursday evening.
Sunday has always been a wind-down day. Some tend to bail,
to get back home for Monday. For the past few years I've
been leaving on Monday so I can have the full Sunday there.
