Here is a preliminary schedule. Please let us know what you think of
it. I am trying to make it as attractive as possible to everyone.

I hope this will help people looking for a hotel or picking a list of
recommended hotels. Basically the locations for events will be:

Thursday - near north side Chicago, Friday - near western suburbs,
Saturday - North side of Chicago, Sunday - near north side of Chicago.
Generally, staying downtown or near O'Hare seem to be the best choices.

Thursday, October 23:
12:00 a.m. Lunch at Hard Rock Cafe
6:30 p.m. Happy half hour at Chop House
7:00 p.m. Dinner at Chop House
9ish: Gentry on State or Redhead Piano Bar or Hunters

Friday, October 5:
12:00 a.m. Lunch at Thyme and Honey (Forest Park)
Afternoon: Tour or Frank Lloyd Wright house or Hemmingway house or
Unity Temple?
6:30 p.m. Happy Half Hour at Winberies (Oak Park)
    7:00 p.m. Dinner at Winberie's
9ish Hideaway (Forest Park) or the Velvet Rope (Oak Park)

Saturday, October 6:
12:00 noon: Lunch at Ann Sather's
    6:30 p.m.: Happy half-hour
    7:00 p.m.: Dinner Cy's Crabhouse
    9ish: Boystown Bars

Sunday, October 7:
1:00 p.m. Lunch at Maggiano's Little Italy (Chicago)
Late Afternoon: Farewell Dinner at the Gino's East (on Ontario in
Chicago)

I am trying to keep things closer together each day to make it easier.
Thursday and Sunday events are very close to downtown Chicago. Friday
events are around Oak Park which has some cultural places of interest
and some good shopping. Saturday is around Boystown has some
interesting, unique shopping and plenty of bars open in the afternoon.

There has been discussion of day time outings. On Friday I listed some
possibilities around Oak Park. There were also museums discussed. What
I really need is to have attendee's say " I would like to go to . . ."

There may be open house(s) by some local transgender friendly vendors as
in previous years.

Hugs,
Elena
