Although we probably won't need a formal registration for Pinkfest, at
least for this year, that is, :) it's time to start getting an idea of
how many will be coming and who will be doing what.
For those who are chomping at the bit wondering how many will be coming,
this will give you an approximate answer.
It also lets Elena know about how many people to expect for which of the
various planned activities so she can make some preliminary plans.
Everybody on this list should at this time have a good idea if they are
coming or not this year.
Soooo, if you will be attending Pinkfest, please send in a brief note to
pinkfest@pinkmyst.com (or just reply to this mailing) and please answer
the following:
(No, your reply will not be mass-mailed to the list. The totals will be
tabulated and the results announced to the list.)
1. Your name (obviously).
2. When will you be arriving and when will you be departing? (If you're
local to Chicago, just say so.)
3. Where will you be staying? This will be used to coordinate ride share
and stuff? (Specific hotel or approximate area of town.)
4. Will you be desiring a ride to Pinkfest activities?
5. Will you have a vehicle, and if so, how many seats will you have for
those needing a ride?
6. Will your SO be attending with you?
7. Any special needs or concerns.
A few notes:
* "Don't know yet" is an acceptable answer to just about all of the
questions above. If you will be coming, please let us know that.
* Regrets are not necessary. We're keeping track of how many are coming,
not how many are not coming. :)
* If you're local to the Chicago area, please respond, as you need to be
included in various headcounts.
* If you're only planning to do 1 or 2 things with the group, please
respond anyway, as you will still be a head that needs to be counted. :)
* You may cancel, change, update, etc. at any time by just sending in
a note to that effect.
Any questions, comments, concerns, please let us know. The sooner these
start coming in, the sooner we can announce some numbers.
