It's been my impression that CCH is in the same price range with
something like Stetson's over at the Hyatt, but with better food.
And yes, $60 per could be expected easily.
My real fascination with CCH is that I was told that one of the chefs
who was originally with Shuckers (which I liked immensely and took the
Pinkfest gang to before they closed) is now over at CCH.
Now if you're looking for a real budget-buster, I'm sure that the more
trendy places like Morton's or S&W's, not to even mention places like
Spago, would put CCH to shame in regards to the number of digits on the
bottom line. :) :) :)
