Activity Sign-Up Missing Info:
We're due to begin activity sign-up on March 31, a little more than
two weeks away.
This is one of the very few absolute drop-dead dates we have. It is
very easy to add or change items on the sign-up screen before we start
this process, but almost impossible to add things once we start.
Therefore, we need ENOUGH DETAIL ON EACH ACTIVITY BEFORE MARCH 31
to let the attendees decide if they want to do your activity or
not. History has shown that unknowns, such as price, time, etc.,
will lower the sign-ups for that activity.
Here's what we need for each activity that we do sign-up for:
1. Start time. Necessary to let people plan their day. We need to
have this one.
2. Approximate duration. Needed to catch conflicts.
3. Cost. Exact price is nice to have, if not, we need approximate. If
prepayment needs to be made, we need very explicit instructions on
how/where/when to pay.
4. Location is nice to have at this time, but not a show-stopper.
5. Any additional information needed, such as options, who they
want to sit with, things like that.
6. Any conditions and restrictions, such as deadline for cancellation
or payment, no-show/no-pay policy, things like that. Is the sign-up
a reservation or commitment to attend, or just a rough headcount to
get some approximate numbers.

Is Dance Instruction happening? If so, please send time and cost.
Location would be helpful.

Sarah - JoAnn, please send a start time of the Art Tour and where
to meet.
Where to meet is not essential for activity sign-up, but we do
need to have a start time on the sign-up screen. I have "Modest
admission charge(s)" for the price.

Is High Tea happening? We need a decision, the clock is ticking.
Bare minimum we need for activity sign-up is day/time and cost.
Location would be nice to have.

the Limo Tour. The Pity Party is scheduled to start at 8 pm with no

price is fine.
