This I would like to see from as many people as possible. It will give
us all a summary of what weeks are in general good, and which weeks
may be bad for some who have been, and might be expected to play a
significant role in putting on DLV.

However, I don't see answers to things like this to in any way be a
binding "vote" on the timeframes. Everybody may, of course, use these in
deciding how to vote when the official Call For Votes is sent out.

A few things I'm going to be a real stickler about here are being
consistent and following our established written or defacto procedure.

Why? Because I'm the one who hears the bitching when people are not
happy with DLV and I don't want to hear any (more) bitching about this
issue than I absolutely have to.

If somebody's not happy with the final dates we agree to set, I don't
want anybody calling "foul" over procedure.

We'll have our official vote on the nominated timeframes, with a run-off
if necessary, following the cuttoff dates for comments, which is
November 30.
