I've received one major complaint of my non-responsiveness from somebody who
is apparently known to some of you, and I need your help getting to the
bottom of this problem. I know some of you know who I am talking about.
If you know who this is, can you please confirm a few items:
1. What name or names does this person go by? What spellings does she use?
2. What e-mail address(es) do you know for her?
Bottom line is that I am unable to find ANY evidence of her name or mail
address on either the e-mail subscription records or the registration
(web cgi) sides. A successful registration causes a LOT of things to
happen and leaves a major footprint on the logs of both sides.
If I have a technical or even a space-off problem here, I'll gladly choke
down a large slice of humble pie aux galiano, but I cannot find ANYTHING
here, and I need a sanity check.
